We offer fundraising options Option 1: Customized gift cards We can create $25 gift cards featuring your organization. The Organization earns $4 from each card sold, or about 18% of the purchase price. You choose how many cards you would like, sell them to families, collect the payments, and pay us for the cards sold. The cards can be used online or in person at any time.BBQ Pit covers all costs for custom cards. For example, if 200 students each sell one card, the Organization raises $800.00 If each sells five cards, the Organization raises $4,000.00 and so on. Option 2: Month-long restaurant fundraiser During a month we select together, the Organization receives 15% of net sales from customers who mention the Organization when they visit. The Organization would also receive 10% of qualifying offsite catering orders or parties booked in our Brisket Barn private room, which accommodates up to 50 guests.We would provide the flyer you can email or print. Option 3: The BBQ Pit Pancake Fundraiser Bring your community together for breakfast and raise money for your school, team, club, nonprofit, or local cause. The BBQ Pit prepares a set pancake breakfast, while your group sells tickets, promotes the event, and welcomes guests. You earn a set amount for each ticket sold. For more information click below.
